The best time to use Neo-Ice for recovery in training or competition is within 10-15 minutes of finishing, usually after warming down and before any massage or heat-treatment.


Fortunately, Neo-Ice doesn't need refrigeration, ice or a power source and will function as long as it is applied in a well ventilated environment and left open to the atmosphere.


It doesn't need any special preparation or storage, can be applied quickly, is self-fixing, doesn't restrict your movement when in place (though movement is counter-productive), and it doesn't make a mess. Just put it on, sit back or lie down, and take a rest while it goes to work.
